Description

Palace on the Water Emotions & Thermal Spa is a historic hotel complex located in the picturesque village of Staniszów, in the immediate vicinity of Karkonosze Mountains and ski resorts, such as Karpacz, Szklarska Poreba, or the Czech Harrachov.
As the only aparthotel across the south-western Poland, it will provide services based on own source of geothermal water.

In our investment offer, there are currently 46 operating suites, varying in size from 20 m2 to 69 m2. In the near future, expansion of the complex begins with additional 68 high-end apartments.

BUSINESS MODEL

  • constant annual rate of return of 7% * of the net value of the apartment,
  • rent ownership paid monthly,
  • lease agreement for a period of 10 years renewable for another 10 years,
  • ownership stay up to 14 days a year,
  • each apartment individually decorated and equipped to a very high standard,
  • apartments with separate land register,
  • the possibility of full VAT reimbursement
  • prices of apartments range from 261 to 689 thousand. zł net
  • When ownership stay is used, then the rate of return in a given year is 6%.

    • Palace on the Water Emotions & Thermal SPA at the end of the project will consist of:

  • 117 rooms with preserving the architectural individuality and top-quality finishes and equipment,
  • 25 SPA wellness and medical offices,
  • 4 year-round thermal water heated swimming polls - inside and outside,
  • courtyard decorated with hanging gardens
  • extensive entertainment center,
  • playrooms for children and slightly older guests of the Palace,
  • multi-purpose, full-size sports hall and squash courts,
  • two restaurants of various cuisines,
  • mini golf,
  • conference rooms,

    • Self-sufficiency and ecology

    The complex is heated by geothermal water, own source of cold drinking water, ecological wastewater treatment plant, buildings maintain the norms of passive houses, own laundry, a unique ecosystem on the basis of green areas and water that are part of a complex, ecological greenhouse heated and irrigated with geothermal water, own supply of vegetables from own cultivation.
